    i have’nt try it. if u want some alternative, i think much cheaper, try a tea herbal (Kankunis) is the name

    It helps promote regular kidney functions. It is commonly used when patients are taking solid amounts of pills so that there liver and/kidneys can work overtime.

    P.S. it also helps with bowl movements.

    Flaxseed oil is good to take .But what does it say on the bottle. Four a day sounds like a bit much.
