    Just watch your calorie intake.

You could walk/jog or go get a membership to a gym and go a few times a week.

There’s no healthy way of slimming that takes a short time. But from my own experience, you can drop around 10-15 kilograms in 3 months if you exercise a lot and eat mostly vegetarian meals. Also, try to avoid bread and never eat bread and fat foods together. Also, if you want to eat meat, reserve one meal a day only for meat. Try to eat natural food. Also, try to eat few dairy products and as little butter (pure fat) as needed for good taste, and DON’T eat fried foods. Steam, boil or grill food.

Also, about the exercise, don’t do weight lifting or aerobic or something like that. Some sports are extremely good for muscles, but what YOU need is sports that consume a lot of energy. Try football or martial arts. Anything that involves lots of running is good. Actually, jogging an hour a day (without taking breaks and with a good warm-up before) will help you lose a lot of weight.

Simply starving yourself will make you get fat, in the end, because sooner or later you’ll eat heavy meals and, because your body is used to being deprived of nutrients, it’ll put on “extra stock”. Also, drugs will destroy your immune system and liver, not to mention your general health. The related effects you’d probably care about are that they’d make you weaker and look older.

Just eat healthy, a little, and try the vegetarian approach or eat a bit of everything (but NOT JUNK-FOOD). Breakfast should be rather large, until you’re full (not until you literally can’t eat anymore, but until you’ve had enough), lunch should just “recharge your batteries” and dinner should just be something light, like some tea and fruits, only something for your stomach to digest.
Also, exercise a lot, but take it slowly, because if you exhaust yourself and get muscle fevers and/or over-stretching of your ligaments, because then you won’t be able to work out for days.

Listen to my advice. Vegetarianism is a good short-term plan, but the whole balanced, natural diet and lots of exercise is a great long term plan. Also, if you want something that is good exercise, but not very difficult, try Tai Chi. But not the bullshit commercial stuff, try traditional Chen, Yang, Wu or Wudang.

You already know that to lose weight, you need to burn more calories than you consume. You’ve tried dieting, keeping a food diary, creating an exercise regimen, and perhaps even hypnosis. It’s now obvious that the problem isn’t with the technique, but with your willpower. Old habits die hard. If you’re having a hard time maintaining your efforts over time, here are some radical ways to break away from the routine.

First thing you need to check is your calorie intake and accordingly plan how much calories you need to burn. Check for websites which can help calculate your Basal Metabolic rate. Practice some very effective techniques as jogging, rope jumping to lose weight. Drink lots of water, avoid salt, eat fresh fruits and vegetables.

You must be excited and that’s a good motivator to help you get where you want to go.

Getting the right mindset is so important, so the very first thing to consider is NOT that you are on a diet, and NOT that you have to loose weight, but instead that you are on a fast track to your IDEAL weight! In the first place, isn’t that more encouraging than the latter?

OK. Get ready for what I’m going to say next, because it’s likely to be like everything I’ve said so far…out there! Dark Chocolate! Let me say it again…DARK CHOCOLATE! 70% cocoa dark chocolate, but not just any will do. Of course, it’s your choice.

Why dark chocolate? Three very important reasons.

    1. Phenylethylamine
    2. Theobromine
    3. Serotonin

Wanna know why? Check it out…
