    I lost 11 and a half stone and never been happier I feel more confident, however I am left with alot of excess skin on my arms, boobies, bum, thighs and belly. It is just as worse having that skin, but I won’t have it for much longer :)

    Hey I’m only 13 bout to be 14 but I used to be veery chunky. But my cousin started working out a lot and I didn’t want to be left behind so I started working out also and now I have almost a six pack from running a mile a day at 7:35 min and a little workout. This all took a month and of course I did not eat sweets that whole time. I am so happy now that I’m not as self conscious!
