The best weight loss program is dedication. Losing Weight and actually keeping it off begin with you deciding that you are willing to change your current lifestyle. You have to begin eating healthy diet and get regular exercise. Once you do that, many weight loss programs or supplements will help you lose weight faster.
To lose weight you have to burn more calories than you take in. By eating healthy or at least less and getting regular exercise, you should be able to do that. If you are eating right, almost any exercise plan will make you start to lose weight. Many people also add supplements to their diet that promote lean muscle growth and encourage fat burning. But those are supplements to eating right and exercise.

My advice would be to focus on eating 5-6 smaller meals a day and getting at least 30 min of cadio 4 times a week. If capable i would also do some moderate strength training with permission from you doctor. I would set up a plan do strength training 3 times a week. Their are plenty of informative blogs or forums you could research to get a good workout plan.
